General Questions


What is the Bulletin Dashboard?

  • The Bulletin Dashboard is the online access and payments portal for Bulletin's range of services. You can access the Bulletin Dashboard to login, view our services, manage users, make payments onto your account or contact us at http://www.bulletin.net

Who do I contact for more information or help?

  • If you are unable to find the answer to your question online then please ask for help using the online support request form. Give us as much information about you issue as possible and we will be in touch to help you.



Billing and Payments


How can I pay for Bulletin Products and Services?

  • You can top up your Dashboard balance at any time using paypal or simply by using our online credit card payments. If you are a corporate client that has large volume requirements and therefore needs to establish an invoice relationship then please contact our sales team with details of your requirements.

Can I be invoiced for my message costs and service subscriptions?

  • Yes. If your message volumes are at a sufficient level then contact our sales team. If all our credit criteria are met and we are able to invoice you (not available in some regions) then we will assist you to setup a invoice relationship.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to make a payment?

  • No. You can make a Payment with a credit card (even if you do not have a PayPal account). Simply click through to credit credit card when you go to make a payment and enter all your information.

We don't keep any credit card data and all data is encrypted and sent to PayPal




Your Account Details


Why do I have to verify my mobile?

  • A few of our services require a valid mobile to be able to use them so to make sure you are fully up and running from the get go we get you to verify your mobile.

How do I change my Account Details?

  • Your personal details can be changes at any time using the Dashboard Profile Settings page. Some changes will require verification before they become active, for example, changing your mobile number.

What is the difference between an account, a user and a company?

  • An account is used to facilitate all your billing from many of Bulletin's products. A user is an account which they belong to and bill to and the company is the owner of the account. We only allow companies to have one account at present, if you would like more please contact Bulletin



Service and Product Subscription


What is the right product for me?

  • Bulletin provides a number of SMS and wireless services that cover a broad range of user requirements.
    Basically, if you want to:

    • Personally send messages to mobile phones by a web site or from email then subscribe to Bulletin Messenger.

    • Receive emails on your wireless device using advanced filtering and access options then subscribe to Bulletin Mail.

    • Provide automated replies, forwarding or content delivery then you should subscribe to Campaigner.

    • Have your application, web service or software package send message to wireless devices (see this comparison matrix for options and information) then sign up for Bulletin Connect (not currently directly available via the Bulletin Dashboard).



Message Transactions


How do I send a message to a mobile?

  • The Bulletin Dashboard does not send messages but it provides a number of different subscription services that can be used depending on your requirements.

How do I view messages that I have sent and received?

  • Each service maintain separate and distinct message logs. Financial transactions are available in the Bulletin Dashboard but any reports on message content, recipients etc must be done in each service.

It says I've reached my user limit or message limit how do I get this lifted?

  • We allow new users to send up to 250 messages per day and set up an extra 5 users on their account. If you would like to get these limits lifted please contact Bulletin to discuss.
